CONCU_FABRIQUE_in_france_pictogramme-01.

The Constructimeter is a laboratory material tester (300 mm x 360 mm x 510 mm). It allows you to test the mechanical resistance of your fresh materials before construction and to carry out quality control of materials on site, continuously and in real conditions.

We developed the Constructimeter to meet our own need for quality control of mortars before printing. This tool helped us in the construction of our first 3D printed building with the Maxi Printer, our 3D mortar printer. Today, we are pleased to make the Constructimeter available to all those advancing construction via 3D printing.

Developed for mortars 3D printing

Evaluate the constructability of a material: determine the lifting speed,

Determine the necessary interval between each print layer to obtain an optimal result,

Use test results to determine the allowable stresses of a material in relation to a chosen time constraint,

Create measurement protocols tailored to your needs and your project.

Applications & Use Cases

The constructimeter is a versatile tool that can be adapted to different uses and trades:

Research: quickly characterize the strength properties of materials,

Quality control: analyze and control your materials on site, compare these results with reference data,

3D printing of buildings: anticipate the success of a 3D printing during the printing in real conditions (humidity, hygrometry, ...).
